Maintenance and Calibration Tab

Note: In order to view this tab, the role of the logged-in user must include the Maintenance and Calibration feature.

• When a maintenance period is entered for an asset, the Last Maintenance Date/Next Maintenance Date are automatically calculated for an asset after a Maintenance Order is processed for the asset.
• When a calibration period is entered for an asset, the Last Calibration Date/Next Calibration Date are automatically entered for the asset after a Calibration Order is processed for the asset.

Click the Maintenance/Calibration tab to bring this portion of the form to the front.

Maintenance area of the tab:

• Maintenance Period: enter the maintenance period, in days, in this field.

• Last Maintenance Date: this field is updated when a maintenance order is processed for the asset.
• Next Maintenance Date: this field is updated when a maintenance order is processed for the asset if a maintenance period is entered for the asset.

Calibration area of the tab:

• Calibration Period: enter the calibration period, in days, in this field.

• Last Calibration Date: this field is updated when a calibration order is processed for the asset.
• Next Calibration Date: this field is updated when a calibration order is processed for the asset if a calibration period, in days, is entered for the asset.
